Concept design
We explore the idea in sketches and plans — testing how new and existing spaces relate, where light falls and how you move through the home. You see the thinking, not just the result.
Step 03
Planning & approvals
Where consent is needed, we develop the scheme and manage the planning process on your behalf, balancing ambition against policy and context so approvals come without diluting the design.
Step 04
Detailed design & 3D
The design is resolved to the last junction and brought to life in detailed 3D models. You can walk through the space, test materials and finishes, and make confident decisions early.
Step 05
Construction management
We coordinate the trades and oversee the build, protecting the design intent and quality at every stage so the finished work matches the drawings — and the intent behind them.
Step 06
Handover
We hand over a space that is ready to live in, considered down to the decor. The aim is a home that feels inevitable: warm, well-proportioned and built to age gracefully.
