What services does Wolf San Savino offer? +
We provide a complete design service — architecture, interior design, urban design, planning, 3D modelling and decor plans. Most clients come to us for the whole journey, from first concept through to a finished, furnished space, but we are equally happy to take on a single part of the work.
Where do you work? +
We work across the United Kingdom from our studio in Mayfair, London, with a second studio in Monte San Savino, Tuscany. Our Italian roots shape how we design; our London base keeps us close to the projects and clients we serve here.
Do you take on both architecture and interiors? +
Yes. Working to a single brief from the structure through to the styling is where we do our best work — it means the inside and outside of a home speak the same language. That said, we also take on interiors-only and decor commissions.
What size of project do you take on? +
Everything from a single room or a considered extension to full-house renovations, barn conversions and ground-up builds. The approach is the same at every scale: get the proportions right, choose materials that last, and resolve the detail.
Do you handle planning permission? +
We do. We guide projects through the planning process with a clear strategy, balancing your ambitions against local policy, context and budget so that approvals come without compromising the idea.
How does a project begin? +
With a conversation. We want to understand how you live, the character of your site and your budget before anything is drawn. From there we develop a concept and agree a clear programme for the work ahead.
Will I see the design before building starts? +
Yes. We produce detailed 3D models so you can walk through the design, test materials and light, and make confident decisions early — when a change costs nothing but thought.
Do you manage the construction as well? +
Construction management is part of our end-to-end service. We can take a project from the first sketch through to handover, coordinating the trades and protecting the design intent at every stage.
